For each individual registering for the conference:

1. Please check the appropriate registration level and fill out all information fields, then click add to cart.
   
2. Choose whether you want to order lunch for Wednesday and Thursday, in each case, add to cart.
   
3. Click on the View Cart Button any time you need to confirm your choices.
   
4. When finished, click on the View Cart Button and complete the process at the PayPal site.
5. Repeat the process for any other individual registering from your group.
